Competent customer support.

Even after system implementation the ISD team will provide a competent customer support. You can contact us over the phone as well by fax, e-mail or via the Internet. If your problems cannot immediately be solved in this way, our expert team at one of our nearby locations will be there for you to find a solution – if required, in your company!.

Our Call Centre, including the Hotline, is available from Monday to Thursday, from 8.00 am till 5.00 pm and on Fridays from 8.00 am till 3.00 pm.

If all lines are busy, you are connected with our Voicemail system. One of our team members will then promptly return your call. If a line becomes available while you are speaking, your call will be switched over immediately. When your problem has been diagnosed, we will contact you as quickly as possible either to offer a cure or to suggest how the problem can be avoided.

Depending on the degree of technical difficulty, our Hotline team sometimes needs to consult the Development Department. In this case, we call you back as soon as a solution has been found.
